Hello everyone,

So the point is. When you think that you have to resign from our beloved department (For any reason). First of all, you have to see the background of your character. What is that meaning? This point only use for Sergeant I ++ because basically the Sergeant Team and Higher has many responsibillities. What is the point that you need to be?

Find someone who can replace your position and responsibillity (For example your platoon, unit, or sub department in PD)
You need to try discuss and make a conversations with your higher rank or the supervisor involved.
You must to know that you are clear from the crminal action or command abuse (Weapons, Firearms Licenses, Uniform ((we called it skins,hatdll))
Do not reveal a secret of every inside of San Andreas Police Deparment, and the last
You need to return the things that you have in PD ((Admin in teamspeak, Channel Moderator, etc)).
The things that you have to know that, If you choose the personal resignation and someday you think that you have to reinstate back in PD. As always we know that, you will dont get the rank back before because we dont know that PD will be always keep moving with new system or more. So you need to adjust the time here, at least If you are good enough to that, you will have chance to get the rank back.


Be wise, and be matture before submit the resignation,
